Impossible to pose a 3D model! Help plz - Animation and Rigging

Hi, I’m having a ton of troubles with the new blender 2.80 … but the worst bug / wtf that I’m experiencing is with the pose mode: As you can see in the pictures all my 3D models are changing pose and posittion each time I render, also if I swap to pose mode to object mode. In all the previous versions of blender I never had problems like that… Is this a bug or I’m doing something I can’t also apply the rig modifier because of all the shape keys of the model.
