The vendor says Not recommended for clothing except linings or accessories. Once treated with fire retardant, it may be used for clothing, decor, public installations, mosquito netting. 

Machine wash in any temperature water. Expect crinkling, softening, closing-up and shrinkage up to 20 % both ways. The last photo is our result after machine wash warm and air dry. It shrank about 15% each way and crinkled alot.
